Once an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders may have entered processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
Pre-orders may be canceled only before the pre-order window closes. Once the pre-order closes and production quantities are submitted, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns.
