In-stock orders: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.
Pre-orders: Pre-order items are not currently in stock and are produced specifically for the upcoming OVRLY drop. Pre-orders are expected to ship 4–6 weeks after the pre-order window closes.
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production, inventory, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of OVRLY's control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow the carrier additional time to update tracking after your shipping confirmation is received.
OVRLY is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
OVRLY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are available.
If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately, a separate order may be required.
Pre-order items are subject to the OVRLY Pre-Order Policy.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, OVRLY is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, and your delivery location.
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
